Refund policy

120-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Supplements take time, so you get 120 days from the delivery of your first order to decide. If you're not happy for any reason, email us and we'll refund the purchase price of your first order, even if the bottle is empty.

How to request a refund

Email support@ferabelle.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day. You don't need to send the bottle back.

Conditions

• The guarantee covers your first order, once per customer.
• Requests must be made within 120 days of delivery.
• Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
• Subscription renewals are covered by our Subscription Policy: if a renewal charges before you meant to cancel, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
