Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every US order. No minimums, no codes.

Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a shipping email with a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Delivery times

United States: orders arrive within 6–15 business days after dispatch. Carrier delays and weather can occasionally add time. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, email us and we'll look into it with the carrier.

Subscription orders

Each subscription renewal ships within 1–2 business days of its billing date, with a new tracking link.

Address changes

Need to change your address? Email support@ferabelle.com as soon as possible. We can update it any time before the order ships.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, or tracking shows it lost, contact us. We'll reship or refund any order confirmed lost in transit.
