Subscription Policy

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you're signing up for a recurring purchase: we charge your payment method and ship a new order automatically at the delivery interval you selected, until you cancel.

Price

Subscription orders are charged at the discounted subscription price shown on the product page and at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. If that price ever changes, we'll email you at least 7 days before your next charge.

Billing

Your first order is charged at checkout. Each renewal is charged on the same day of the month as your original order, and ships within 1–2 business days of the charge.

Cancel anytime

There's no minimum commitment. You can cancel, pause or skip an order any time before your next billing date: use the Manage subscription link in your subscription confirmation email, or email support@ferabelle.com and we'll do it for you within 1 business day.

Refunds on renewals

If a renewal charges before you meant to cancel, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll cancel your subscription and refund that charge in full. Your first order is covered by our 120-day money-back guarantee.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry it and email you so you can update your card. If payment still can't be collected, the subscription may be cancelled.
