Your first order is charged at checkout. After that, your subscription renews on the same day each month, and each renewal ships within 1-2 business days of the charge.
If the price ever changes, we’ll email you at least 7 days before your next charge. If a payment fails, we’ll retry it and email you so you can update your card.
skip, pause or cancel
You can skip a delivery, pause or cancel any time before your next billing date. Two ways to do it:
- Use the Manage subscription link in your subscription confirmation email.
- Email support@ferabelle.com and we’ll do it for you within 1 business day.
if you forget to cancel
If a renewal charges before you meant to cancel, email support@ferabelle.com within 7 days of the charge. We’ll cancel your subscription and refund that charge in full.
